The hotel is located close to the Empire State Building and the city, offering comfortable rooms despite being a bit small. I received a partial refund for a room inconvenience, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping does not clean rooms beyond 5 PM, but the location is great for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to Times Square and public transport, but I encountered many homeless individuals on the way. The rooms were small, as expected for the price in New York, but the cold draft from the window made it uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, though some seemed incompetent. The dining experience was disappointing with a basic breakfast. Overall, it was an average experience with some room for improvement.
